Q1. Can I have the sample order for LED light?

A. Yes, we welcome the sample order to test and check the quality.

Q2. What about the lead time?

A. Samples need 4-6days, mass production time need 3-4weeks for order more than 5000pcs.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for LED light order?

A. Low MOQ 100pcs, for sample we can accept 1pc to check the quality.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A. For sample, we usually ship by DHL,FedEx or UPS etc. For order, by sea shipped on Shenzhen port and we inform you the time get you destination port.

Q5. How to proceed an order for LED light?

A. Firstly let us know your inquire or application.

    Secondly we quote according to you inquire or our suggstion.

    Thirdly customer confirm the samples and place the deposit for the formal order.

     Fourthly we arrang the production.

Q6 Is it OK to print my logo on the product?

A. Yes, we can accept OEM or ODM, please inform us formlly before our produce and confirm the design firstly based on our samples.

Q7. Do you offer guarantee for products?

A. Yes,we offer 3years warranty ot our goods.

Q8. How to deal with the faulty?

A. Firstly,our goods are made in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.1%.

    Secondly, during the quarantee period, we will send new light with new order for small quantity for defictive batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to the real situation.
